Bus Explosion: 2 Dead and Several Hurt

Just in from ABS-CBN's site, there was an explosion just this afternoon along EDSA in Makati area.


Yesterday, due to "faulty electrical wiring" based on initial investigation, another bus was engulfed in flames in the middle of the Skyway.  I wonder if there's any connection between these 2 incedents and perhaps the 1st one, yesterday, was a result of poor execution.  Is this another terror threat, or a diversion from the recent ramp-up of anti-carnapping efforts against major syndicates?

Eitherway, I hope investigation is swift, and justice breathes down the necks of those who are responsible as soon as "Philippine"ly possible.
