Afternoon Classes in NCR (upto Highschool only) are SUSPENDED

A few minutes ago, DepEd announced:

"Afternoon classes in NCR are suspended. Latest report from PAGASA predicts moderate to heavy rainfalls throughout the day."

and in a follow-up announcement:
"it is from pre-school to high school level only"


because (in an update a few seconds ago):
"college level is under the jurisdiction of CHED"


Tsk... Tsk... And just this morning they announced that classes will resume.  I pity the students, parents, fetchers, etc... who will brave the weather just to go home because of this late announcement.
